Lady Sandie Chapman is the radiant First Lady and Co-Founder of Raleigh North Christian Center—one of the most vibrant, purpose-filled churches in North Carolina! She’s not just the leading lady, she’s the heartbeat behind the church’s warmth, growth, and “family-feel” connection since its launch in 2000.​

A devoted woman of God, Lady Sandie has a special calling to inspire, lead, and encourage women at every stage of life—whether they’re navigating singlehood, motherhood, marriage, midlife, menopause, or anything in between. Her heart is for the whole woman, and she’s known for dropping truth, love, and laughs while helping women walk confidently in their calling. Her wisdom, warmth, and authenticity make her a trusted voice for women looking to grow spiritually and personally whether it’s through her mentorship program, her inspiring book Just Do You, monthly emails full of wisdom and love, or her highly anticipated podcast.

At Raleigh North Christian Center, she also serves as the Executive Director of Ministries, overseeing 45+ ministries with excellence and grace. And when it comes to the women’s ministry, S.O.A.R.—Lady Sandie lights it up! From powerful conferences to fun ladies-only gatherings, she helps create spaces where women can connect, laugh, grow, and worship while being themselves.​​

Beyond the mic and ministry meetings, Lady Sandie is also a dedicated wife to Dr. Jeffery Chapman, Sr., for over 41 years! Together, they’ve raised three amazing children—Shannon, Jeff Jr., and Mariah—who all serve right alongside them in ministry. Of all her many roles, being a grandmother to three brings her the most joy.

Her life and ministry are rooted in John 13:35: “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” And that love shines through in every conversation, event, and encounter.
